Alex's approach to teaching is to allow space for personal growth and unique development by observing breath and bodily sensations. At the same moment she offers in depth, clear alignment cues and drills so that you may physically approach the asana more carefully. During these retreats she hopes to hold a sacred space where people can come together, relax and observe what our true nature and potential are as an individual. She will cover a variety of classes including Vinyasa, Hatha, Meditation, Pranayama, Yogic Philosophy, and intention setting. You will leave these retreats with a newfound inner stillness and an experience of a lifetime.
